I am an Electronic Engineer with a Master’s in Systems and Computing Engineering. Since August 2023, I am a PhD student in Information Sciences at Cornell University, where I specialize in the areas of Human-Computer Interaction, primarily tangible, physical, and embodied interactions, and Social Studies of Technology. My research focuses on the critical design and production of digital technologies in processes of memory building within (post-)conflict contexts.

Before coming to Cornell, I worked in Colombia as an assistant professor for six years in Multimedia Engineering at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Beyond my academic pursuits, I serve as the CTO of PiCoLab, a Colombian enterprise specializing in the production of interactive experiences for museums.
